Terms & Conditions
The following conditions apply to all orders made by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) at at Stockholm Logos AB (org. 559195-0240), hereinafter referred to as “we” or “Oceanlogo”, on the webshop oceanlogo.se. Please, read these terms & conditions in full before you place your order. The terms & conditions may be updated and vary from time to time, therefore we ask that you read these terms before each purchase.
A binding purchase agreement is entered as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Oceanlogo to the email address you submitted. If a product is out of stock, you will notified by email. We will suggest an alternative product or cancel the current order and refund your money. If the wrong price information has been displayed on the webshop, you will have the opportunity to either buy the product at the right price or cancel the order. Oceanlogo reserves the right to reject or cancel a purchase agreement if there are suspicions, or other similar acts, of fraud – such as the illegal use of others’ credit cards for example.
To order products in our webshop, you must be at least 18 years old and not be under guardianship. Oceanlogo assumes that minors who make purchases at oceanlogo.se provide the correct information about their age and/or has the necessary consent from parents or guardians to carry out the purchase. If not, the buyer can be responsible for any costs that an invalid agreement may incur.
There may be information on the webshop that contains typographical errors and/or other errors related to product descriptions, pricing, campaigns, offers or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update the information. We may also cancel orders at any time without prior notice (including after ordering), if any information in the webshop is incorrect. The prices in our webshop are stated including VAT (25%).
Products on sale are available as long as stock lasts. Discount codes are only valid once per person and purchase and only within the specified time period. Please observe that discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, such as sales.
Payment can be made by credit or charge card. Oceanlogo reserves the right to check the cardholder’s address, the card’s validity and that your account has coverage for the full amount. Oceanlogo reserves the right to refuse purchase. Please note that we at this time cannot accept gift cards, cash or checks as payment in the webshop.
If a package that is sent to you is returned as ”not collected”, we reserve the right to charge a fee that covers the entire shipping cost. Non-retrieved packages are normally not covered by the right to return goods.
We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but some parts – such as embroidery – can sometimes take a little longer. If your order were to be delayed, you will receive an e-mail about this where we enter a new estimated delivery time, no later than 30 days after you placed your order. If you do not accept the new delivery time, you can cancel your order. If your order has been delayed and the new delivery time has been accepted but the order has not yet been delivered within 15 working days after the new estimated delivery time, you can always cancel the order by contacting our customer service. Should such a delay occur and you choose to cancel the order, we will refund the full amount paid to you.
All products are insured by Oceanlogo. If you notice any damage to the packaging before opening it, report it directly to your parcel delivery agent and also contact our customer service by clicking here. Products damaged during transportation are replaced by Oceanlogo.
RETURNS/REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Right of cancellation does not exist in the case of purchase of goods that are custom made to order. Since your products are custom made and equipped with your own logo, the purchase is binding. Replacement or returns are only permitted in cases where there is something wrong with the goods and if the defect has occurred during manufacture or transport.
Returns are free of charge within Sweden if you use our return service, as described below. In order for the return to be accepted, the returned products must be in the same condition as when you got them. Please note that the financial responsibility for the return is yours before the returned package reaches us, so we recommend that you use our pre-paid shipping bills. If you prefer to return your package with any other transport service, make sure the package is sent on an insured and traceable mode of transport. Keep your receipt for the shipment.
Upon return, Oceanlogo will refund your money no later than 30 days from the time the goods has been received by us. The money will be refunded to the original payment.
Oceanlogo ensures that all products are thoroughly checked through our quality control before shipping. We always strive to avoid damage or defects on our products. If you still find that a product is damaged or otherwise defective, we will replace it with a new product, if a new is available. If the product is not available, you will be refunded with the original cost of the product and the return cost. You are requested to always review your received products upon delivery and as soon as possible report any damages/flaws to us. We will refund you as soon as possible, no later than 30 days from receiving the returned goods and having determined that the product is damaged or otherwise defective. Always save the receipt. The money will be refunded to the original payment.
Oceanlogo cannot guarantee that the colours shown online are exactly reflect the colours of the products in reality. The colours can be reflected in different ways depending on, for example, your monitor or phone, graphics card and computer settings.
